The Zhejiang Provincial Machinery Industry Federation organized an online meeting for the proposed “Tension Testing Apparatus Group Standard” by Blue Arrow Weighing Company on 8th June . Members of the provincial federation、designated review experts、the drafting group of Blue Arrow’s standard and experts from the Zhejiang Institute of Metrology attended the meeting.
During the meeting, members of Blue Arrow’s drafting group reported on the status of the tension testing apparatus proposal. Through online discussions, the expert group provided valuable suggestions for modifications to the draft standard. After initial review and approval, the proposal was accepted. Following this, Blue Arrow’s drafting group will implement the compilation plan and complete the standardization task on time.
Tension testing apparatus is widely used in metallurgy, mining, electricity, ports, warehouses, and various engineering projects. It can be used for tension testing and weighing of various materials and products. Currently, similar products are produced and sold both domestically and internationally, but their quality varies. The main issue is inaccurate measurement of applied force, which may result in losses or disputes for users. Blue Arrow’s tension testing apparatus has surpassed foreign products in metrological performance. Therefore, based on the company’s current production inspection and implementation status of the product, as well as user needs, we have drafted a group standard proposal for the tension testing apparatus.
