Zhejiang Blue Arrow Weighing Technology Co., LTD. formerly known as the Experimental factory of Zhejiang Standard Measurement Administration, was formally established in 1998. In December 2021, it was transferred to Zhejiang Machinery and Electrical Group as a whole, and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Machinery and Electrical Group Co., Ltd.
